All items are made to order and as such are subject to the following policies.

• Custom orders: An email confirming the customer order will be sent to the buyer. Once the order is approved by the buyer, returns cannot be made. 
• All other purchases: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the receipt.
• State of return: Returns will be denied if the product shows excessive damage.
• Process for return: Once the return has been requested, is within the 30 day return period, and is not a custom order, a shipping label will be generated and sent via email. 
• Process of refund: Refunds will be processed once the item has been received.
